How does V4ult process my documents?
When you scan or upload a document, V4ult uses OCR to extract text, then AI to classify the document type (receipt, warranty, invoice, etc.) and extract key fields like amounts, dates, and merchant names. Everything is processed securely on our servers.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not sell your data or use your documents to train AI models without your explicit consent. You can delete your account and all data at any time.
How do Shared Vaults work?
Shared Vaults let you invite family members or collaborators to access specific documents. You control who has access and can remove collaborators at any time. Only documents within the shared vault are visible to invitees.
What's included in the free tier?
The free tier includes core document scanning, basic classification, and limited storage. Premium unlocks unlimited storage, advanced AI features, Ask V4ult assistant, smart reminders, and more.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings and cancel from there. You'll retain Premium access until the end of the billing period.
How does the referral program work?
Share your referral link or code with a friend. When they sign up and complete their first Premium purchase, you receive one free month of Premium automatically.
